This is my favorite L&M so far. It’s straight from the heart and contains words of wisdom that we all need. What a crazy time to be grappling with illness, in Israel- which is major even in the best of times- and to have some time to reflect. We are all richer from your writing. Please keep it up.
I love this post! I too got the cataract surgery and now I can read without glasses! It is a major plus in my life. I think of you often and hoping we can see each other in the future. I am planning on going to the 50th in October. XOXO♥
Hi Anne, I had my cataract surgery about 3-4 years ago. I got home and looked out into our yard and was shocked to see vibrant blues and greens again. I had not realized the extent of the degradation. It was sheer brilliance of colors. Sometimes we don’t realize how much we have changed as it happens ever so slowly. Nice to be reawakened to the beauty of life. Hope all is going well. Nick
I love the line “stay awake”. And I love your insightful writing-you truly have a gift from God. Stay awake Anne! Be bold and courageous, I know you are, my friend!
You are one heck of an inspiration!! Have been following your journey, and oh, how you've touched us all....An amazing, beautifully wise and insightful friend to the world you remain. Love and hugs, JB
Thank you so much Anna…I so needed to hear this today. Plus I might have to quote you in one of my sermons, you have such spirit-filled sensibilities! 💕🌵☀️😎
Loved this post - both the writing and the content. Your powerful and eloquent words reflect the truths we learn as we grow older Love you muchly Annco! 😘

This is immensely powerful. Live in the moment and milk that moment for all it is worth. This is what we can control. Thank you, Dr. Anna.

Most of all how you remain involved and maintain your curiosity in spite of it all. Love you ❤️
